Damaged Products/Incorrect Products Although we inspect all products before shipping, if there is any problem with the product or contents of the delivery, please contact us (Yamaya Co., Ltd.) by email or phone within 5 days of delivery.
We will inform you of the procedure. We will cover the shipping costs for returning or exchanging defective products.

*In the case of emails, there are rare cases where emails cannot be received properly, such as when using carrier email from a mobile phone. If you do not receive a reply from us within a few days, please contact us by phone.
As returns of underwear are due to customer reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
・If the color, shape, or material is different from what you expected. ・If the item has been opened and used even once (including if the product tag is missing or if it has been dry-cleaned or washed).
・Slight color differences on PC screens, etc. ・Slight errors in product size specifications ・Slight individual differences in products ・If more than 5 days have passed since arrival

The "Garabo" products sold at ORGANIC GARDEN and yahae each have their own unique look and feel.
Due to the nature of the Gara-bou material, we handcraft each item to create a similar product, but it is not possible to weave them exactly the same. We cannot accept exchanges or returns due to individual differences such as differences in hardness or texture. We hope you enjoy the unique texture of each Gara-bou.
